Project Summary
Each church has a unique idea and request for style and design for their new facility. IDC specializes in helping the church achieve a unique design specific to their project. The Florida/Mediterranean style design incorporates a barrel tile roof, rich colors, a trellis canopy, and a shaded porch for the administrative office, all surrounding a tower that houses a casual seating area on the first floor and an administrative conference room on the second floor. IDC specializes in creative design solutions while providing you with more building for your dollar.

New construction consisting of 60,000 square foot church facility with expandable seating to 1,300. This new facility also includes a choir room, administrative offices, multi-purpose fellowship hall, kitchen, additional classrooms for Sunday School, expanded parking, and pre-school operations.

A final master plan has also been developed by IDC for the 12 acre site to allow for a future school, gymnasium, and pre-school expansion. By using IDC, Hillsdale now has an incredible facility worth 30% more than the the actual cost.
