This 23,833 square foot addition increased seating capacity from 603 to 900, created a new spacious lobby, choir and music center, music offices, bookstore, fellowship hall with full kitchen, seven classrooms, additional corridor for improved traffic flow, and additional parking. IDC’s services also included: master planning, conceptual design and space planning, cost and budget analysis, extensive value engineering and cost saving designs. IDC also prepared business prospectus and negotiated with four lenders to obtain the lowest interest rate and most favorable terms at a substantial savings to their existing mortgages.
